Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of making reservations or placing an order with South Padre Island Adventures. The Massage & Healing Arts Center occasionally obtains item photographs from third party recreational activities, vendors and/or manufacturers. We do not investigate to determine if information is not accurate nor can we provide assurance that all data is free of typographical errors. We cannot guarantee information displayed on the Web site to be 100% accurate.
Reservation / Order Acceptance
All Reservations must be verified 24 hours in advance of your scheduled activity. The receipt of an e-mail reservation or order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of a reservation, order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. The Massage & Healing Arts Center reserves the right, without notification, to limit the number of reservations placed or order quantity on any service or item and/or refuses service or sale to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
CANCELLATION POLICY ENFORCED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to your reserved date, your payment, less a $20 per person administration fee, will be refunded to you. If you need to change your reservation date or time, you may do so one time at no charge, as long as you contact us more than 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled activity.
No refunds or transfers will be given with less than 24 hours notice. No refund will be granted for NO-SHOW! There are NO EXCEPTIONS including weather, traffic, personal conflicts or any other related issues. A “Rescheduling” MAY be issued at the desecration of Management. This “Rescheduling” is valid for three (3) months and may only be redeemed by the original participant.
Groups booked through Group Sales must submitted payment in full seven (7) days prior to reserved date. No refunds/rain checks will be given less than 7 days to reserved date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
You are responsible for, and agree to pay promptly your account, including applicable taxes. In the event a check is returned or electronic payment is denied, The Massage & Healing Arts Center may impose a fee to recover the cost of any charges incurred. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys fees and collection costs, that The Massage & Healing Arts Center may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use The Massage & Healing Arts Center online service is subject to limits established by The Massage & Healing Arts Center. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or a payment is returned to for any reason, including chargeback, The Massage & Healing Arts Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the online service and your customer account.
The Massage & Healing Arts Center’s secure server encrypts your credit card and other information so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Once we receive your credit card information, it is stored in our secure server. The Massage & Healing Arts Center will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your credit card information remains confidential, and is available only to personnel who have a need to know such information in connection with providing you the our online service. In servicing your account, The Massage & Healing Arts Center, may also collect addresses, contact names, names, telephone numbers and fax numbers, as well as e-mail addresses. This data may be used by The Massage & Healing Arts Center for the purpose of improving customer.
